Every piece of Truce & Co. Jewellery is made to order. Designed, crafted and finished exclusively for you. The terms below set out how we work.
Payment Terms
50% deposit to begin the CAD design process. Remaining 50% due before dispatch. All payments processed via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund within 2 days of first payment. 70% refund of the initial deposit if cancelled thereafter. The remaining portion covers design time and production allocation already committed.
